Sunset Cherry Pie


INGREDIENTS:
1 8-oz pkg Philadelphia Brand          1 8-oz. can pineapple tidbits, well drained
cream cheese, softened         1 8-oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
½ c powdered sugar                       1 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust
1 21-oz. can cherry pie filling                                    

DIRECTIONS:
Combine cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer, mixing until well blended. Stir in 1 cup pie filling and ¼ c pineapple.
Fold whipped topping into cream cheese mixture; pour into crust. Top with remaining pie filling and pineapple. Chill until firm.

Variation: Prepare pie as directed, except do not top with remaining pie filling and pineapple. Freeze. Remove from freezer 35 minutes before serving. Top with remaining pie filling and pineapple.
