Mixed Bery Cobbler (Low Fat)

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup skim milk (I usually use Almond milk)
1 egg white (I used 1 "flax egg" ----->1 egg =1T ground flax & 3 T water)
2 cups blackberries (or other mixed berries)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 7" x 9" pan.
In medium bowl mix all ingredients together well,
except blackberries and pour into pan.
Place blackberries on top of the batter.
(If frozen, allow them to partially defrost.)
Bake around 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
